Hypnosis is simply, a state of self-hypnosis that is guided by your hypnotherapist. Our very unique and life-transforming technique is thought in the state of hypnosis that is induced by your hypnotherapist, where you learn the technique and how to go back into that state on your own.

Hypnosis is achieved through the state of theta, and characterize as deep, meditative relaxation. The difference between meditation and hypnosis is that with meditation, we work on achieving a neutral, zero mind, whereas in hypnosis we use positive suggestions for the mind to focus on the change we want to make.

This is greatly beneficial for the people who have difficulty silencing their mind, and struggle meditating on their own. Self-Hypnosis is the gateway to resolve the mind chatter in a way that keep you engaged, focused and generate positive results.

Our next Online Teaching Class

Our Self-Hypnosis Program group classes starts every 3 months. The lenght of the classes are spread over 8 weeks, 2 hours per week.

The technique at home require only a few minutes per day, which make it easy to integrate on your own time

The technique evolve over the 8 weeks and so it's important to commit to practice every week.

The weekly calls are limited to 10 participants to ensure full access to me your hypnotherapist, and time to address anything that may come up.

At the end of this 8-weeks Mastery Class you will:
